Our signature class taught by Candace Cronin.All Inclusive flow yoga class focusing on strengthening and stretching the body while relaxing and empowering the mind. Connecting breath to each movement is the intention throughout the class. Core awareness is always discussed. Verbal cueing and alignment adjustments will be used during the class to ensure our members are finding the intended expressions of the pose. Although advanced variations of the poses may be presented it is not necessarily for everyone. Each individual again will take different modifications throughout the class.
Astanga with Stacey(will be back in the spring)
This practice is very athletic and made up of set series of vigorous postures. Beginning with sun salutations (surya namaskara A and surya namaskara B). Then moving on to standing poses, seated poses, inversions and backbends before relaxation.
YogaLates Boot camp
A blend of Yoga and Pilates that will make you sweat! We will focus on strengthen our whole body from the core out. The class is done at an upbeat pace so you can reach your cardio peak!
Yoga 101 Beginners with Rose
Want to take a yoga class, but want the basic information before you begin. In this class we will go over the basic postures, taking the time to find the perfect fit for your body. Ideal for beginners, those who are easing back into shape, recovering from illness or injury, or just want to take it easy. We will also cover breathing and relaxation techniques.
Yoga with Rose
This class is based on vinyasa yoga and hatha. There will be a dynamic flow of postures for the first half of the class where our breath link to the movement, between postures. This will allow your body to warm up and heart rate to increase. The last half of the class the poses will be held for a few breathes so you can focus on strengthening and stretching your body and focusing the mind.

This class if tailored to help new mamas get back into shape with Yoga and Pilates. With your baby beside you cheering you onJ. We focus strengthening abdominal and pelvic muscles that may have been weakened during childbirth.
